Pico de Gallo

 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
 ¼ cup Red Onion, minced
 1 tbsp JalapeƱo, minced
 1 Garlic Clove, minced
 2 tbsp Cilantro, minced
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Lime Juice
 ½ tsp Salt

Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. Taste for salt before serving.
