Avocado Toast

There are so many ways to have avocado toast, and I highly recommend trying as many versions as you can to find your favorite. This is one of mine. Perhaps it’s the simplicity of the ingredients. First, you toast your favorite bread, mine is sourdough. Then rub the warm toast with a clove of garlic–don’t skip this step! Then top it with cream cheese, tomatoes, sliced shallot, and avocado. Last, sprinkle with an everything bagel seasoning blend (check out Trader Joe’s, or make one yourself). Enjoy!
