Panzanella Spring Mix Salad

INGREDIENTS
Salad
5 oz Spring Mix
2 cups Sourdough Bread, day old, 1" cubes
3 Tomatoes, diced
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, 1" cubes
½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Fresh Basil, roughly chopped
Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp Honey
DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a salad dressing shaker and shake well.
