Citrus Grilled Shrimp

Citrus grilled shrimp is the perfect summer grillin’ recipe. Eat ’em by themselves or add them on a salad or antipasti dish. The marinade takes only 30 minutes and about five minutes to cook up. It’s a quick option when entertaining guests. Enjoy!

Citrus Grilled Shrimp

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined, leave tail on
1 Orange, zested
¼ cup Orange Juice
1 Lime, zested
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 Lemon, zested
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Honey
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Place the shrimp and marinade in a shallow bowl or bag and let sit for 30 min. Remove the shrimp, thread onto skewers, and grill over high heat for 2-3 min per side, or until opaque.
