Tuna Salad
This tuna salad recipe is so flavorful due to all the ingredients like red onion, green onion, carrot, parsley, and lots of lemon juice. There’s the usual ingredients as well like celery, mayonnaise, and relish. My kids eat this off the spoon—no bread necessary! Although this tuna salad is divine topped on a bed of spring mix lettuce on lightly toasted sourdough bread. Serve with tomato slices on the side and vinegar chips. Enjoy!
